Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
I’m all about getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. My goal is to process all orders within 2-7 days, but during high-demand periods (like sales or busy months), please allow a little extra time for processing.
Once your order is shipped, you'll get an email notification with your tracking number, so you can follow your art's journey right to your doorstep!
For Commissions & Custom Projects-
Digital Art: I’ll upload the files to Dropbox and send you a link. The files will be available for 2 weeks after completion. If you need them after that, a $20 fee will apply.
Physical Art: I offer local delivery in the Chicagoland area for free or at a small cost. For out-of-area shipping, delivery fees will vary depending on size and weight. Artwork will be packaged carefully, but please note that shipping insurance is available at an additional cost for added protection.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. Due to the unique nature of my work, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there’s an issue with your order. Here’s when I will accept them:
Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong item or a different version than what was ordered.
Wrong Size: If you selected the wrong size or received an incorrect size.
Damaged in Transit: If your product arrived damaged, I’ll make it right.
Printing Issue: If there’s a flaw in the printing quality or if the print differs from what you expected.
Please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue, and I’ll work with you to get it sorted.
